How do I join a Coffee Round?
Reserve a Coffee Round seat in the app. We review attendees, choose a public cafe setting, and 1:1 coffee only happens after both people privately opt in.
What if the other person doesn't show up?
If a mutually confirmed 1:1 coffee is arranged and the other person doesn't appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, contact support with the details. If we cannot place you in a suitable Coffee Round, we can credit or refund the seat.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page in the app. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. For immediate deletion, contact support or visit our account deletion page.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 and AES-256) to protect your data. We never share your personal information without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot place you in a suitable Coffee Round, we can credit or refund the seat. If a mutually confirmed 1:1 coffee is arranged and the other person doesn't show, contact support. Other refunds follow our Terms of Service.
